Configuration

Our CRM Solutions are infinitely configurable so they can be tailored exactly to the requirements of your business. At the Business Analysis stage we will scope your project in detail in order to make sure all configuration changes are accounted for.

  • Fields that are not required can be removed
  • Fields to be kept are moved to your preferred location
  • Drop Down options that fit your business requirements are added
  • Any additional fields you need are added
  • Workflow and Automated processes agreed during Business Analysis are added.
  • Any reports agreed during Business Analysis are written
  • Document Templates are created and saved in the appropriate place

Over time things will need to change, new processes will need to be added to your CRM Solution and old ones removed. These changes can be done by ourselves or you the user using the administration console. Nothing is set in stone.
