During the Business Analysis phase CRM UK will have produced a document covering all the areas of the system that need to be tailored to fit your business requirements. This will all be completed in the configuration stage.

  • Fields that are not required are removed
  • Fields to be kept are moved to your preferred location
  • Drop Down options that fit your business requirements are added
  • Any additional fields you need are added
  • Workflow and Automated processes agreed during Business Analysis are added.
  • Any reports agreed during Business Analysis are written
  • Document Templates are created and saved in the appropriate place

Over time things will need to change, new processes will need to be added to your CRM Solution and old ones removed. These changes can be done by ourselves or you the user using the administration console. Nothing is set in stone.
