How long is it since you were initially trained on the functionality of GoldMine? Our own customers are made aware of new functionality and new ways of doing things. We are constantly in touch with all our customers so when a new requirement appears, we are able to quickly help our customers acheive these requirements.

Additionally, you may have had a few employees leave and new ones join. While they can be brought up to speed on the everyday areas of your GoldMine system, it might be worth getting a few key users together with your new users for a GoldMine Training Workshop.
