Our GoldMine Support engineers have over 20 years combined experience providing solutions to GoldMine issues.  A GoldMine Support Contract from CRM-UK is more than just technical support.  We are able to provide a level of training support too.  Forgotten how to do a mail merge?  How to create an email template?

Many of our existing customers had failing GoldMine systems and were on the verge of implementing a new CRM solution, but thanks to our support and consultancy, their investment in GoldMine was protected.

As part of your GoldMine Support contract, we can take you through how to do simple tasks in GoldMine.  Those tasks that you may not perform very often.  We understand that GoldMine users cannot remember everything all of the time.

We are also able to provide remote desktop GoldMine Support.  Many of our customers allow us secure access to their desktops meaning not only can we talk you through something, we can show you.
