Rockall Safety, based in Cardiff, are specialists in hiring and selling personal safety equipment to contractors on a national basis. With a customer centric philosophy they required a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution to support their sales team.

They had historically been using Act! however they found the continued and high levels of administration meant that the cost of ownership of this solution was increasing on an on-going basis. Rockall Safety attribute a 15% increase in sales to the implementation of Gold-Vision by CRM-UK. Sales targets are being met due to the many time savings Gold-Vision provides.
Down time is non-existant and integration with their HireMate stock system, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Office and their IP-based telephone system works flawlessly.
