Dashboards and Reports
So you have loads of information within your CRM Software and you need to create Reports. You probably need Reports for Sales, Pipeline, Marketing Campaigns, Lead Generation, Projects, Helpdesk and many other specific reports.
The amount of data that you need to make available to Directors and Managers can sometimes be massive, but this means spending a whole day, maybe even a whole week messing around with Excel spreadsheets. Luckily those days could be gone if you choose the right CRM Solution.

They can even create bespoke reports that can be added to the Dashboard.
Dashboards and Reporting are simple, easy and most importantly useful within Gold-Vision CRM. Not all CRM Solutions can say that unfortunately.
